Supporting a global telecommunications company in developing their Group Strategy function

A leading telecommunications company was looking to build out their Group Strategy function to give the CEO and the board a better understanding of how the business was performing. After struggling to source relevant candidates through their own channels, they approached us and asked us to help them find and secure a number of strategy professionals at various levels. All candidates had to have a strong Technology, Media and Telecommunications consulting background, which added a layer of complexity to the search.
We worked closely with the client to understand their requirements and challenges with such a large search. Based on our insights, we ran an ongoing recruitment campaign which helped us identify and attract many telecommunications-focused strategy professionals. After a thorough screening process, we were able to provide a strong selection of Consultants, Senior Managers and Directors to the client.
With candidates coming from Singapore and other countries across South East Asia, we successfully placed six professionals into their Group Strategy function, successfully helping the client overcome their recruitment challenges whilst offering a unique opportunity to the candidates.
